This time, one month from now, we will be sitting in BC Place watching what is sure to be a fantastic show.
Being one month away from the big event has encouraged me to look at our schedule over that week and determine what bookings, if any, we still need to make. No one really has any idea how busy the restaurants in Whistler are going to be and when you are travelling with two kids you can't leave a thing like 'food' to chance so I sat down this afternoon and booked dinner reservations for every single night we are there. On many days I booked two reservations at different times as I do not know what time we are going to want to eat or what kind of food our taste buds will desire. This may be greedy or overzealous or both but I like to be prepared and I will cancel the reservations I do not need which I am sure will make some group happy. The Brew Pub and Old Spaghetti Factory are not taking reservations but with the exception of Valentine's Day, it was still relatively easy to get tables at other establishments. As long as we get to Earl's at least once (or twice) for their ribs we will be happy.
